...you know the rest of the song..
203 on the ole scale-e-o this morning. This is getting fun. I will be excited to see 200 for the first time in probably 5 years. Plus my mid-section really is tightening up. All that water-logged mass is coming off quickly, hence the rapid weight loss. I know there's a plateau coming in the near future, when things will slow down. In the meanwhile I continue to push forward.
I have to think my 1.5 hour ride last night had to help also. I really pushed myself on the climbs, through the singletrack, trying to carry decent speed. even rode some of the frozen techie rock features which most people are careful to walk over. God's good, thank you Lord for this wonderful body and abilities to do the things I do. I never want to take this for granted.

Good job dude--that's awesome!!
Now on this flush thing you're doing, is it a flush that will keep the weight you are "flushing" off?
A friend of mine did something like that, where they shed a whole lot of water weight, but they gained it all back before too long, since it wasn't fat.
Cranwater is a powerful diuretic and helps pull water out of waterlogged cells so that it can be eliminated through the kidneys. The flavonoids in cranberry juice also help flush away cellulite by improving the "strength and integrity of the connective tissue" while helping the lymphatic system function smoothly.
It's important to use unsweetened 100% cranberry juice and not the ocean spray variety (Or any other juice that lists grape juice, fructose, etc., in the ingredients).
The Fat Flush Plan is a low carb eating plan (40/30/30) with an emphasis on improving liver (the body's major fat processor) performance and speeding up the metabolism to burn fat more efficiently. Phase 1 is kinda strict (but only lasts for 2 weeks). Phase 2 is the long term weight loss phase. Phase 3 is the maintenance phase. If I had to characterize the foods emphasized by the FFP it would be these: fresh whole veggies, low glycemic fruit, lean protein, lots of water, 2 Tbsp Flax seed oil (daily), whole grains. It is a healthy way to eat for life.

That's cool. Do you see yourself being able to maintain this eating style for life?
I gave that a lot of thought when I first joined WW. My logic is, if you can't see yourself doing it for life, then what's the point.
As I am fond of saying when people ask me if I'm on a diet--No, I'm not on a diet. I have forever changed the way I eat and I will NEVER go back.

Ya, these are really good foods to concentrate on. Basically the same stuff that WW emphasizes.
A lot of people will do the Phase I detox once every quarter to cleanse out the gunk. I can see that being a possibility for sure. The rest of the eating plan is very reasonable. Sure a little pizza once in a while is not going to kill me. Moderation is a sensible approach.
Hey bro--thanks again for the daily support. It definitely makes this process more tolerable.
Also, knowing that someone else out there really misses pizza just like me is encouraging.
