
So this is (almost) a milestone for me. I haven't seen 200.x in at least 5 years, maybe more. I think I could've actually gone sub-200 if it weren't for the 15 meatballs (the little guys from Costco, out of a bag - high sodium)last night! I rode solo double squish up and down Hulls right after work. The trails were a little soft in a lot of spots, wet in others, and frozen in the shade everywhere else. Almost ate it a few times but superior bike skills (ha) saved my bacon.
Today will be focus and treadmill time. Veggies and all the usual suspects. I am going to only consume protein from my whey powder and eggs, giving my body a little meat break.
Rock on Friday, here I come.
